To help you bring your ideas to life even faster, we’ve added quick-start software libraries for  MikroElektronika click boards into our award-winning  MPLAB®Code Configurator  (MCC) plugin. Now, you can easily incorporate sensing, control, or communication functionality to your prototype design without the stress and hassle of low level code development and validation.

On March 8th, 2017, we began adding new click board modules to our quick-start library weekly, totaling 50 clicks in 50 days. We will continue to add new click boards to the library on a regular basis. Please bookmark this site, and check in frequently for updates.

MPLAB Code Configurator (MCC)

How to get started in 5 easy steps

Step 1 - Choose a Development Board
Many of our newest development boards feature mikroBUS socket support. If you don't already have one, we would suggest a Curiosity Development Board or an Xpress Evaluation Board as a great starting point


Step 2 - Get MPLAB® Code Configurator
You have two choices. MCC is available inside both the FREE downloadable MPLAB X IDE and the cloud-based MPLAB Xpress IDE. No matter which one you choose, you get the same great ease of use and capability.


Step 3 - Download
Download the MCC Click Library, then follow the instructions to add Click support to MCC.


Step 4 - Select Your click boards
Choose from the many click boards supported in MCC below


Step 5 - Watch a tutorial
Our brief tutorials will walk you through the steps required to us the library corresponding to the click board you've chosen.
