Our RFMW solutions for space applications are available in both plastic and hermetically sealed packages. We develop diodes and SAW products using our in-house fabrication processes, which have a proven track record in space environments. Our Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) and Gallium Nitride on Silicon Carbide (GaN on SiC) Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) and transistors are produced through external processes that can be screened to meet customer-specified requirements.
