Radiation-Tolerant, Single-Supply LDO


The MIC69303RT is a radiation-tolerant, low-voltage, Low-Dropout (LDO) regulator that delivers a 3A output current. This regulator operates from a single, low-voltage supply and maintains high precision with an ultra-low dropout of 500 mV under worst-case conditions.

The MIC69303RT also supports an input voltage range of 1.65V to 5.5V and digital circuits that require low voltage at high currents, such as Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs) and microcontrollers (MCUs). Its adjustable output capability allows for output voltages as low as 0.5V, making it highly versatile for various applications.
