Serial EEPROMs

With their robust operating ranges, small sizes and byte alterability, serial EEPROMs are ideal for data and program storage. These low-power, nonvolatile memory devices can be written more than one million times.

Serial and Parallel Flash

Our NOR Flash memories are manufactured with our proprietary, high-performance CMOS SuperFlash® technology, which significantly improves performance and reliability while lowering power consumption.

Serial EERAM

EERAM is a nonvolatile SRAM with a shadow EEPROM backup. The EEPROM uses a small external capacitor to automatically back up the data when system power is lost. Unlike NVSRAM, an external battery is not needed. EERAM offers unlimited Erase and Write cycles to the memory.

Serial SRAM

Serial SRAM is a standalone volatile memory that offers an easy and inexpensive way to add more RAM to your automotive application. These 8-pin devices have unlimited endurance and zero write times.

  • Densities range from 64 Kbit to 1 Mbit
