For design flexibility, we offer EEPROMs with densities ranging from 128 bits up to 1 Mbit that support industry-standard buses including two-wire I2C, three-wire Microwire, four-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and our proprietary one-wire UNI/O® bus. These devices also feature operating voltages ranging from 1.7V up to 5.5V and operating temperatures ranging from −40°C to 150°C.
