The MIC24097 is a constant-frequency, synchronous buck converter featuring a unique adaptive on-time control architecture. The MIC24097 operates over an input supply range of 4.5V to 20V. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with an guaranteed accuracy of ±1%. The device operates with programmable switching frequency up to 800 kHz. The MIC24097 is available in a 39-pin 6 mm x 7 mm VQFN package, with a -40°C to +125°C junction operating temperature range.
