Under 100-150 kHz Read/Write
Low frequency Microchip IDIC® (IDentification IC) devices integrate components to reduce your bill of materials. A single coil, connected to the chip, serves as the power supply and bi-directional communication interface, while the antenna and chip together form the transponder (tag). An on-chip EEPROM can be read and written block-wise from the reader.
