802.15.4 RF Modules

Our regulatory-certified modules are available as a combination MCU and RF transceiver or as an RF transceiver only. These modules require no RF experience, which reduces your development time, enables you to focus on your application and speeds your time to market. Choose an RF MCU-based module offering an Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC), serial communications and GPIO as the center of your remote sensor or actuator design, or choose an RF transceiver module to easily add RF connectivity to the processor of your choice via a standard UART or SPI interface.

The RF MCU modules and RF transceiver modules are FCC and ISED certified and EU RED assessed (as required) saving considerable time and money. All modules work in the unlicensed Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) band covering most of the world and are suitable for Zigbee®, 6LoWPAN, Thread, Microchip’s MiWi™ protocol or other proprietary IEEE® 802.15.4 based networking protocols.
