BM64 Evaluation Board Firmware Update via USB HID

An unconventional way of performing a firmware update on the BM64, using its USB HID directly instead of UART. The toolset used jumps from the DSPK and MSPK firmware. Host PC's doesn't easily detect the BM64 as USB HID Device so it has to be reconnected multiple times for this method to work.
