Automotive Serial EEPROMs

Ideal for a variety of automotive applications such as Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), Electric Vehicle (EV) and Hybrid Electric Vehicle (HEV) powertrains, in-vehicle networking and infotainment, devices in our large portfolio of automotive-grade EEPROMs are AEC-Q100 qualified and ISO/TS16949 compliant to meet the rigorous quality, reliability and long product lifecycle requirements of automotive designers.

For design flexibility, we offer EEPROMs with densities ranging from 128 bits up to 1 Mbit that support industry-standard buses including two-wire I2C, three-wire Microwire, four-wire Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI), and our proprietary one-wire UNI/O® bus. These devices also feature operating voltages ranging from 1.7V up to 5.5V and operating temperatures ranging from −40°C to 150°C.

Pre-Programmed MAC Address and Unique ID EEPROMs

Do you need a MAC address but don’t want to buy in bulk? Or do you need a generic unique ID for your application? We make serialization easy with our pre-programmed EEPROMs that are available with IEEE EUI-48™ and EUI-64™ addresses or unique 32-bit and 128-bit Microchip-defined serial numbers.
