3-Phase Brushless Motor and Gate Drivers for Motor Control Applications


We offer a family of 3-phase brushless motor integrated drivers and gate drivers. The family of 3-phase brushless sensorless sinusoidal integrated drivers can be interfaced with any microcontroller (MCU) by using a simple PWM or can also be used stand-alone by the application. Our 3-phase brushless gate drivers can be used in combination with an MCU or Digital Signal Controller (DSC) that targets motor control applications.
