3-Phase Brushless Motor Gate Driver System Basis Chips (SBCs)


The ATA6847x is a family of 3-phase brushless motor gate driver System Basis Chips (SBCs) for brushless motor control applications. These devices are designed using advanced SOI technology and can be used in combination with a microcontroller (MCU) and six discrete power MOSFETs to implement a BLDC motor control unit.
