Thwart EV Hackers with the Secure Automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU)
This automotive Electronic Control Unit (ECU) demonstration application shows how you can create a rapid prototyping system for AUTOSAR®-based, secure and safety-critical automotive applications. Using three development boards, we demonstrate how the combination of high-performance, real-time dsPIC33C Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) and the TA100 CryptoAutomotive™ security IC can be used to implement a variety of ECU functions and meet an application’s security and AUTOSAR requirements.
