Summary

lMCP1633 is a Fixed Frequency Peak Current Mode PWM Controller and can be used as a standalone LED driver.

Input Voltage: 3.0V – 5.5V
Input Quiescent Current: 3.5mA typical
Oscillator Frequency: 200kHz – 2.2MHz
External Sync. Frequency Range: 0.1MHz – 2.5MHz
Internal Driver RDSON P-Channel: 5Ω max.
Internal Driver RDSON N-Channel: 5Ω max.
PWM DIMM Driver RDSON P-Channel: 100Ω max.
PWM DIMM Driver RDSON N-Channel: 100Ω max.
UVLO Threshold: 3.0V max. with 100mV hysteresis
OVP Default Threshold: 1.23V
Thermal Shutdown Threshold: 1600C with 200C hysteresis
