Device Overview

Summary

Fully protected triple half bridge driver designed in SOI technology that allows especially the control of motors by a microcontroller in automotive and industrial applications. Each of the three high-side and three low-side drivers, internally connected to form three half-bridges, can drive currents up to 1.0A. Its high PWM frequency capability can smoothly control two DC motors or a BLDC motor. SOI technology allows junction temperatures of up to 200°C and enables new cost effective board design possibilities to achieve complex mechatronic solutions.
