Overview

The ADM01007 is a development tools that allows customers to evaluation the function and capabilities of the HV56264. The HV56264 is an automotive version of the industrial amplifier array, the HV264. It is a quad, high-voltage amplifier array device in a 24-pin TSSOP package principally intended for drive of silicon MEMS mirrors for laser beam steering applications.. This demoboard amplifies a low voltage 0 – 3.3V signal to a 0V – 225V output. This demoboard requires only two power supplies - a low voltage VDD supply and a high voltage VPP supply. The input signals can be supplied using a signal generator or a DAC.

The HV56264 Evaluation Board Features:

  • Four independent high voltage amplifiers
  • 225V output swing, 250V absolute maximum rating
  • 9.0V/µs typical output slew rate
  • Gain set by external resistors
  • To be rated as AEQ Grade 1 (125°), with strong ESD rating
  • Very low operating current

The HV56264 Evaluation Board Kit includes:

  • Information Sheet;
  • HV56264 Quad High Voltage Amp Array Evaluation Board ( ADM01007).
