Overview


The dsPIC33AK512MPS506 Digital Power Plug-In Module (DP PIM) is a demonstration board that in conjunction with different power boards showcases the Microchip dsPIC3333AK512MPS506 Digital Signal Controller (DSC) features.  It directly plugs-in to the Digital Power Development Board (DM330029), the Low Power FPC Development Kit (DV330101) and the Interleaved LLC Converter Development Board (EV84C64A).

The DP PIM provides access to the dsPIC33AK512 analog inputs, the Digital-to-Analog Converter (DAC) output, the Pulse-Width Modulator (PWM) outputs and the General-Purpose Input and Output (GPIO) ports. 

DIGITAL POWER DEVELOPMENT BOARD

The Digital Power Development Board is a demonstration board that provides the user a flexible measurement platform for all compatible Microchip dsPIC33’s Digital Power Plug-In Modules (DP PIMs).

LOW VOLTAGE PFC DEVELOPMENT KIT

Low Voltage Power Factor Correction (LVPFC) Development Kit offers safe voltage levels at moderate power while designing algorithms on a boost power factor correction topology. These algorithms can be applied to real systems under development with minimal changes. The LVPFC Development Board utilizes the dsPIC33EP128GS806 device, supporting full digital and advanced power control algorithm schemes.

INTERLEAVED LLC CONVERTER DEVELOPMENT BOARD

The 50W Interleaved LLC Converter Development Board is a generic development board implementing interleaved LLC topology supporting rapid prototyping and code development based on dsPIC33 DSCs. It utilizes the dsPIC33CH128MP506 DSC supporting a fully digital and advanced power control algorithm scheme. The board is compatible with dsPIC33EPdsPIC33CK and dsPIC33CH Digital Power Plug-in Modules (DP-PIM).
