Overview
We offer IGBT modules in multiple packages (SP1F, SP3F, D1, D3, D4, SP6C, SP6LI, SP6P, SP6HPD), technologies (Trench 3–7), and topologies (single switch, half bridge, choppers, NPC, T-Type, etc.), with voltage ratings up to 1700 V and current up to 900 A. With over 300 variants, we provide both standard and customized power solutions, including hybrid SiC versions with antiparallel SiC diodes for added design flexibility.
Our seventh-generation IGBT modules span eight packages and 50+ parts, offering lower VCE(sat) and Vf, 50% higher current capacity, improved dv/dt control, and better diode performance.
