High-Precision, Low-Drift, Automotive Voltage Reference IC
The MCP1502 is a high-precision buffered voltage reference that provides an initial accuracy of 0.10%. This device is a low-drift (7ppm max) bandgap-based reference whose internal design and structures significantly reduce temperature drift and provides high current output. It is designed for extended temperature automotive applications and is available in a variety of voltages.
