LAN8670/1 10BASE-T1S Ethernet PHY Transceivers
The LAN8670 and LAN8671 10BASE-T1S Ethernet PHY Transceivers are advancing the migration to Ethernet everywhere in automotive and industrial sectors, enabling seamless connectivity from the cloud to the network edge. By supporting 10BASE-T1S Single Pair Ethernet (SPE) technology, these PHYs allow sensor and actuator networks to communicate directly over Ethernet, eliminating the need for costly gateways associated with legacy networking solutions. These PHYs feature low power operation with a flexible sleep mode, support partial networking and Topology Discovery per Open Alliance specifications, as well as advanced diagnostics such as receiver Signal Quality Indicator (SQI) for robust monitoring and troubleshooting. The LAN8670/1 can reduce implementation costs by allowing multiple PHYs to share a common bus line, minimizing the number of required switch ports and cabling. Designed for high-reliability, cost-sensitive environments, these devices target automotive, industrial, building automation and sensor/actuator applications.

Automotive Qualified ATA684P Three-Phase Brushless Motor Gate Single Basis Chip
The latest variant, ATA6847P of the ATA6847x Three-Phase Brushless Motor Gate Drivers are automotive-qualified to the AEC-Q100 Grade 0 standard and offer functional safety support to meet the rigorous demands of modern automotive environments. The ATA6847P integrates a LIN physical layer transceiver and allows the dominant timeout function on the Transmit Pin Timeout (TXD) pin to be disabled, providing greater flexibility for custom communication protocols and applications requiring extended dominant states. The ATA6847P provides high integration with three half bridge gate drivers, op amps for BLDC motor current sensing and low-drop voltage regulators (LDOs) into a single compact device. Flexible control can be enabled via six parallel or three complementary inputs, configurable through an SPI interface. When paired with a microcontroller and six discrete power MOSFETs, it forms a complete brushless DC motor control unit. The ATA6847P is a 6 mm × 6 mm VQFN 48-pin lead package, optimal power management solutions for space-constrained automotive applications such as pumps, fans, actuators, seat adjustment, window lifts, wipers and more.
