Powerful Legacy of Performance With Lower Cost and More Memory

Featuring larger volatile memories, EMI-resistant packaging and lower costs, the PIC32CZ CA70 family of MCUs extends the powerful legacy of some of the most popular Arm® Cortex®-M7-based MCUs. These high-performance devices are pin compatible with our SAM E70, SAM S70 and SAM V70 families, providing an easy path to extending long-life designs and saving on design, prototype and certification costs. The increased 512 KB of on-chip SRAM can support new features and protocols, extending the life of current designs. The available packages for the PIC32CZ CA70 devices are footprint-compatible versions of most of the prior families' packages, with additional TQFP versions being offered with an ePad grounding pad on the bottom of the package to increase noise and temperature tolerance.
