We provide a range of pin-compatible, DC-DC step-down switching regulators that can lower your system's Bill of Materials (BOM) cost. Use the pin-selectable and I2C-configurable features to optimize your system’s performance, simplify layout requirements and reduce the number of external components.
The pin-selectable and I2C-configurable features create flexible power supply designs. This flexibility empowers you to address a broader range of power rails within a system, resulting in reduced development efforts and providing a significant pricing advantage. This is particularly advantageous for next-generation microprocessors (MPUs) and System-on-Chips (SoCs), which often rely on dynamic voltage scaling techniques to minimize power dissipation and enhance overall system performance. Previously, implementing such techniques typically required the use of multiple external components.
This tool provides design suggestions for common circuit needs, estimates performance for common modifications, and can export to MPLAB® Mindi™ Analog Simulator for verification.
This simulation tool uses a SIMetrix/SIMPLIS environment to model circuit behavior, reducing design time with software debugging for initial design verification.
