Linear Low-Dropout (LDO) Regulators for High-Voltage Automotive Applications
We offer several high-voltage LDO regulators for automotive applications. These LDOs feature high operating input voltage ranges (>45V) and extensive protection capabilities. AEC-Q100 Grade 0 or Grade 1 qualified, these high-performance LDOs are capable of regulating voltages in nearly every automotive application, spanning from switch gear to head units and body electronics.
