Add simple and intuitive 3D gesture control to almost any product with the world’s first electrical near–field (E-field) 3D gesture and motion tracking controllers. Based on our patented GestIC® technology, these single-chip solutions perform gesture detection and motion tracking without requiring host processing. They come with a complete gesture portfolio that enables command input with natural hand and finger movements in free space to create innovative, compelling and user-friendly interfaces in a variety of embedded applications, including:
The MGC3030/3130 contain all the building blocks to develop robust 3D gesture input sensing systems. Implemented as a low-power, mixed-signal, configurable controller, they provide a large set of smart functional features including an integrated signal driver, a frequency adaptive input path for automatic noise suppression and a Digital Signal Processing (DSP) unit.
With a focus on enabling robust user interfaces for automotive applications, the MGC3140 builds on our first-generation MGC3030/MCG3130 controllers to also feature AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualification and an extended operating temperature range. It is also suitable for a variety of consumer and industrial applications.
