Overview


The MCP9604 Thermocouple IC Evaluation Board is used to evaluate the EMF voltage to degree Celsius converters in four MCP9604 thermocouples. Users can easily evaluate all device features using a Type K thermocouple (not included). This device also supports Types J, T, N, E, B, S and R thermocouples. Each of these types can be evaluated by replacing the Type K thermocouple connector with the corresponding connectors. The MCP9604 thermocouple IC evaluation board connects to a PC via a USB port. Temperature data can be logged using the Microchip Thermal Management Software Graphical User Interface (GUI).
