The CEC173x Trust Shield family of cryptographic controllers are Microchip’s Real-Time Platform Root of Trust Solution. Through modern firmware security features like SPI Bus Monitoring, Secure Boot, Component Attestation, Lifecycle Management, and others, this part can keep both the pre-boot and real-time (time of check and time of use) environments shielded from both in-person and remote threats.
