This is PART 2 of Handling multiple MCC and MPLAB Project configurations Here we continue on from PART 1, showing how to use an existing MCC configuration as a starting point.
We start by copy/pasting the MCC configuration folder and inside this folder, rename the .mc3 file, to the name of our new configuration.
Then, in VS Code extensions, we use the MPLAB MCC: Configure Associated Project, to remove the existing MPLAB project configuration from this MCC configuration.
Then, as in the previous video, we create a new MPLAB project configuration, with an associated set of files (to compile).
The link between the new MPLAB project configuration and the copy/pasted MCC configuration is then made.
Finally the bew MCC configuration is updated, starting from the previous configuration.
