The RN4870/71's current consumption is measured while it is on low-power mode(SO,1 command) and Dormant Mode(o,0 at around 17:15).
For most parts, the video is waiting for the Fast Advertisement Mode(~30secs) to timeout and letting the module enter Slow Advertisement Mode.
