Open the order from “Order History” in your micochipDirect account. The invoice number is listed beneath the part number ordered. Request a copy by clicking on “Contact Customer Service About This Order”.
- How can I purchase TSHARC Touch Screen Controller Chips?
You can order direct via our on line ordering system at www.microchipDIRECT.com...
TSHARC controllers also are sold through Microchip’s TSHARC Distributor’s.
- How do I get a price and availability of a chip on microchipDIRECT?
Enter the part number or part number/revision into the Search window when logged into your microchipDIRECT account or, enter the part number in the Search window from www.microchipDIRECT.com. (Only current part number/revision product is viewable on line)
- How do I get a price quote for a part not viewable on microchipDIRECT?
Contact 414.355.4675 or your local Microchip office for assistance.
- How do I get a Volume Price Quote?
Log into your microchipDIRECT Business account and, from the “Services” drop down menu, click on “Request Quote”. Or, click on “Request Quote for High Volume Pricing” from within the microchipDIRECT search screen.
NOTE- you must have a microchipDIRECT Business Account to receive volume pricing.
- How do I purchase TSHARC controller boards?
TSHARC Touch Screen controller boards are orderable through Microchip Technology, Inc, Brown Deer (Milwaukee), Wisconsin -- 414.355.4675 or TSHARC distributors. Search ‘TSHARC distributors’ on www.microchip.com for contact information.
- How do I request a change to an existing order, i.e., expedite, address change, or carrier?
Submit change requests by accessing the order to be changed within your mDIRECT account. To open the order, click on “Support”. Click on “Order Information”. Click on “Order History” and then click on the specific order number to open the order. Click on “Contact Customer Service About This Order”, follow the directions on the screen and submit to customer service.
- How do I request a quote for a part viewable on microchipDIRECT?
Log into your microchipDIRECT Business account via microchipDIRECT.com. From the “Services” drop down menu, click on “Request Quote”. Fill in the information required. Click Add Item”. Click “Submit Quote”.
- How do I request samples for TSHARC Touch Screen controller chips or boards?

- What’s my tracking number?
In your microchipDIRECT account, from the “Support” tab, click on “Order Information” from the drop down. Click on “Order History”. Click on the specific order in question. The tracking number is listed beneath the part number ordered.
- When will my order be acknowledged or confirmed?
Order acknowledgements are emailed immediately to the microchipDIRECT account holder after the order is placed.
- When will my order ship?
In your microchipDirect account, click on “Order History” Quick Link. Click on the specific order number. The ship date is listed on the order.
- Where changes to my ship schedule processed?
If a change request was submitted for the order, the viewable information (see When Will My Order Ship) may not reflect the order’s current shipping status. After opening the specific order, click on “Contact Customer Service About This Order”. Follow the directions on the screen to request an update of the orders shipping status from microchipDirect Customer Service.
- Why can’t I order the chip part number/revision I need from the quote in my account?
The existing quote may be expired or the maximum quantity allowed for the quote has already been ordered. To place your order, request a new quotation for the controller chip based on the 12 month EAU quantity.
- Why don’t I see the chip part number/revision when I search microchipDIRECT?
Only the most current TSHARC chip part number/revision is viewable on microchipDIRECT. Previous chip part numbers/revisions, and custom chips are orderable only via a quotation within your microchipDIRECT Business account.
