Our ADCs use Successive Approximation Registers (SARs) to convert the analog input signal into a digital output code. A SAR is a converter that uses approximation for precise conversions. High-precision DACs provide accurate conversions of digital streams to analog outputs. The DAC with slope compensation unit provides a user-defined slope which can be used to alter the DAC output. This feature is useful in applications, such as peak current mode control, where slope compensation is required to maintain the stability of the power supply. Comparators, Op Amps and Programmable Gain Amplifiers (PGAs)


Learn more about our high-speed comparators, op amps and PGAs that are designed to merge advantages of the PIC® MCU/dsPIC® DSC architecture and the flexibility of Flash program memory with the mixed signal nature of offered in a single-chip voltage comparator.
