Overview
The PIC32CZ CA91 series of Microcontrollers is our latest Cortex-M7 Microcontroller with an integrated extended Hardware Security Module (eHSM.) The eHSM provides all the cryptographic hardware acceleration, Key Storage, and TRNG for implementing a wide range of Security functionality such as Secure Boot, Secure TLS, Encryption/Decryption, etc. In addition to security, the PIC32CZ CA91 offers a wide range of connectivity options including Ethernet, CAN FD, HS USB, I2S, I2C, SPI, etc.
The Microchip PIC32CZ CA91 Curiosity Ultry with eHSM Early Adopter Development Kit is a hardware platform to evaluate the PIC32CZ4010CA91 ARM® Cortex®-M7-based microcontrollers. Supported by the Microchip MPLab X development platform, the kit provides easy access to the features of the PIC32CZ CA91 and gives an example of how to integrate the device in a custom design. Users can expand functionality through Arduino Uno R3, Mikro Bus, or Xplained Pro compatible expansion boards.
