Our Building Block Solution (BBS) boards are very-low-cost evaluation platforms that feature products for new designs. Each board includes optimized circuits with design files that you can use to port directly into your next project. Combine our BBS boards with the Curiosity Nano evaluation boards that feature our dsPIC® Digital Signal Controllers (DSCs) and 8- and 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) to create embedded system designs.
Building Block Solutions for Automotive LDO Regulators
This is a modular demonstration platform to evaluate and demonstrate the features of several of our automotive-grade Low-Dropout (LDO) linear regulators. The board consists of nine independent sub-modules, each featuring a different LDO regulator, which allows users to easily test, compare and integrate these solutions into their own designs.

Building Block Solutions for MCUs
This kit includes four microcontroller (MCU) boards, which provide all the essential components for initiating prototype development. The only additional requirements are a Microchip programming device and power for the PCB. The four boards feature versions of our AVR®, PIC®, dsPIC® and PIC32C devices. Apart from the fully populated PCBs, the kit also includes a blank PCB, which engineers can use to create a prototype tailored to the specific device needed for the final application.
Curiosity Nano Development Platform
Our Curiosity Nano boards feature a variety of 8-bit and 16-bit PIC MCUs, AVR MCUs, 32-bit Arm® Cortex® core-based SAM MCUs and dsPIC33C DSCs, which allows you to easily evaluate different architectures for your design. These boards also offer full programming and debugging capabilities to support you throughout your development process. Each Curiosity Nano board is compatible with the Curiosity Nano base for Click boards™. This base includes a socket that fits all Curiosity Nano boards, three mikroBUS™ sockets and an Xplained Pro socket that will enable you to effortlessly expand your design with sensors, connectivity modules and more.
