Features
The HV2925 is a low harmonic distortion, low charge injection, 64X1:1 high-voltage analog switch with only a +5V bias supply. All the switch channels can pass up to ±100V high-voltage pulsed signals however not a DC. They are intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching by low voltage controls, such as ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers and printers.
The HV2925 has a 3A peak-current performance in a 169-lead, 11 mm x 11 mm LFBGA package. The ON/OFF state of the 64 switches can be programmed individually through two digital serial interfaces or through one interface with the other daisy-chained. The device has a typical 6Ω ON resistance and a 50 MHz bandwidth for small signals.
The HV2925 has no bleed resistor at each switch pin.
