About RNWF02

RNWF02 IEEE^® 802.11 b/g/n plug-and-play, Wi-Fi^® controller modules are available with PCB or U.FL antennas and optional Trust&GO secure element. With their on-chip network stack, these modules are easy to set up and connect to any cloud platform.

• Send commands to any microcontroller (MCU) using simple ASCII commands over the UART interface 
• Immutable secure boot with hardware root of trust 
• Embedded TCP/IP stack along with IPv6 and WPA3 security 

Tools and Resources

To update the firmware on your RNWF02 module, you will need the following software tool:

• RNWF/WILC/WINC Utilities: Device Firmware Update (DFU) utility that is used to erase and write new firmware to RNWF02, WINCS02 or WILCS02
