Analog Simulation - MIC24067
The MIC24066/7 are a family of high performance 36V synchronous switching regulators with 6A load current capability. The MIC24066/7 are wide input range (4.5V-36V) switching regulators with integrated FETs. The output voltage is adjustable down to 0.6V with ±1% accuracy. The Hyper Speed Control® proprietary architecture allows for ultra-fast transient response while reducing the output capacitance. These devices offer a full suite of protection features to ensure safe operation of the IC during fault conditions. These include UVLO, hiccup current limit short circuit protection and thermal shutdown. The MIC24066/7 are available in a 36-pin 5 mm x 6 mm, Wettable Flank VQFN with a junction operating range from -40°C to +125°C.
