300 krad TID, Class 2
The OX-249 is the only Class 2 hybrid construction OCXO in the market. Providing low phase noise, ADEV and temperature stability, the OX-249’s packaged crystal provides an additional layer of screening and qualification for added reliability.
Ultra-Low Power
The EX-219's fully evacuated enclosure provides a very-low-power solution for space flights, resulting in excellent frequency-versus-temperature performance due to loss of convection within the enclosure.
Small Size
In a 5 mm × 7 mm or lead-formed enclosure, the 1157 series of XOs provides excellent radiation tolerance in a small package. This series of products is derated per EEE-INST-002 Level 1 and 2 standards and contains radiation tolerance up to 100 krad TID.
Small Footprint
The 2105 series of space TCXOs contains a thermistor-compensated network to provide excellent temperate stability. The fully ceramic, hybrid 2105 series is the smallest, fully space-qualified TCXO in the market.

The 9800B, an ultra-miniature ovenized crystal oscillator, is designed utilizing hybrid circuitry to provide a highly stable VHF sinewave output in the smallest possible package, without sacrificing performance and reliability.
