Getting Started With Trust&GO
Whether you're using your own microcontroller (MCU) or need an all-in-one solution, we’ll help you choose the right path and get up and running. Our Trust&GO-ready development boards and out-of-the-box demos let you focus on the code, not configuration.
Step 1: Choose Your Product
- Companion device: This flexible option connects to any MCU—a good choice for designs with a pre-selected core
- Wi-Fi MCU: This all-in-one solution combines application and connectivity in a single chip
Step 2: Order a Development Board
Once you’ve selected your Wi-Fi product, order the corresponding development board. All boards come with a “C” module that supports Trust&GO.
Step 3: Power Up and Connect
Each board includes a ready-to-run demo with instructions for connecting to your cloud platform securely using Trust&GO.

Trust&GO FAQs
Q: Do I need to contact Microchip to provision my Trust&GO modules?
A: No. When you buy the device, it is already provisioned with keys and certificates specific to the use case you selected. Because the keys and certificates are locked inside the device, Trust&GO cannot be altered and is intended to be used as is.
Q: Where can I obtain the public keys and certificates for my Trust&GO device?
A: After your product has shipped, log into your customer account at the e-Commerce website where you purchased it. Once you’re logged in, download the manifest file provided. This file contains all the necessary public keys and certificates. Contact the vendor if you have any trouble finding this file.
Q: I am a distribution partner. How do I enroll in the Trust Platform program?
A: Contact your local Microchip sales office to request assistance with joining the program.
