Overview
The Microchip CryptoAuth Pro Trust Platform is an enhanced version of the CryptoAuth Trust Platform Board and part of the CryptoAuthentication™ evaluation kit portfolio. The CryptoAuth Pro Trust Platform kit extends the CryptoAuth Trust Platform with a more powerful Arm® Cortex®-M4F Microcontroller, four on-board CryptoAuthentication devices, two mikroBUS™ sockets, and an on-board 10/100 Mbit Ethernet phy. The board also contains the Microchip Technology PKoB4 debugger which is compatible with MPLAB®X IDE. The board has been developed to work with Microchip's Trust Platform Development Suite of tools.
- PIC32CX1025SG41 Arm® Cortex®-M4F Microcontroller
- Four CryptoAuthentication™ Crypto Devices
- ATECC608C-TFLXTLS, ATECC608C-TNGTLS, ATECC608C-TCST, ECC608-TMNGTLS - PKoB4 On-board debugger for programming the Microcontroller via MPLAB® X
- Two mikroBUS™ extension Headers to work with mikroE click boards and Microchip mikroBUS extension boards
- KSZ8091RNACA 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY plus Serial EEPROM (AT24MAC402A) with MAC address
- I2C Temp Sensor and Light Sensor
- Two User Programmable LEDs and Push Buttons for developing applications.
- Dual port USB hub to allow for communication with PKoB4 on-board debugger and PIC32CX1025SG41 Microcontroller
- Optional GPIO signals and additional footprint for 8-PIN SOIC CryptoAuthentication or CryptoAutomotive™ device
One EV89U05A CryptoAuth Pro Trust Platform Board.
- MPLAB X 6.20 or higher IDE or IPE on Windows 10 or Windows 11
- Board should be programmed with Microchip Kit Protocol Version 3.2.1 or higher.
- Python 3.8 or later
- CryptoAuth Library (CAL)
- Micro USB Cable to connect between PC and development board required. (Not included)

The TA100 8-PIN SOIC Socket board is a mikroBUS extension board used to develop applications for the TA100 CryptoAutomotiveTM device. The board supports both I2C and SPI versions of the device.

The EV98D91A is a mikroBUSTM socket board for devices produced in a 2-Lead uVSFN contact package. The socket board supports theparasitically powered CryptoAuthenticationTM ECC204 and SHA106 devices. and also supports the AT21CS01. The CryptoAuthentication devices and socket kit can be used with the Microchip Trust Platform Development tools.
