Isolated Bias Generator for SiC Gate Drivers Reference Design

  • MCP14T0517A/B are push-pull transformer drivers designed for compact isolated power supplies, featuring switching frequencies of 150 kHz (MCP14T0517A) and 450 kHz (MCP14T0517B), with support for external clock synchronization up to 1000 kHz for higher frequency operation.
