Programmable LVCMOS ePPS Buffer
The ZL40255A programmable fanout buffer IC accepts one Low-Voltage Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (LVCMOS) input clock of up to 250 MHz and provides up to 6 LVCMOS outputs. It supports clock, data and ePPS signal applications. Automatic self-configuration occurs after power-up or reset.
SyncE Network Synchronizer
The ZL80132B SyncE network synchronizer comes with dual DPLL clock channels, three DPLLs for advanced modes and five low-jitter synthesizers. Its features also include ePPS, fast boot, partial reset and cascading DPLL and is well-suited for 5G DU/CU server applications with GPS/GNSS synchronization.
High-Stability Crystal Oscillator
The OX-221 is a high-performance Oven-Controlled Crystal Oscillator (OCXO) in a 22 × 25 SMD hermetically sealed package. It delivers excellent frequency stability, slope and holdover performance for 5G base stations and IEEE 1588 applications.
ePPS TimeBuffer
The ZL80640B ePPS TimeBuffer features four inputs and 12 outputs, providing reliable time signal fanout with ePPS and smooth reference and synchronization locking. Intended for server-based 5G DU/CU applications, it can be integrated into OCP NIC or PCIe® daughter cards or deployed in large telecom chassis systems.
CMOS Crystal Oscillator
This crystal oscillator is a quartz-stabilized square-wave generator with a CMOS output, using a fundamental or third-overtone crystal for low jitter and a monolithic IC to improve reliability and cost efficiency.
±0.5°C Max. Accuracy Digital Temperature Sensor
This digital temperature sensor features user-programmable registers for flexible settings, including power modes and temperature alert limits. Its configurable alert output and SMBus/I2C interface make it well-suited for advanced, multi-zone temperature monitoring.
2 kb I2C Serial EEPROM
The device features a 256 kb x 8-bit memory block with a two-wire serial interface, operates down to 1.7V and supports low standby and active currents. It supports 16B page writes and connections with up to eight devices to provide 16 Kbits of EEPROM.
