The HV2802 is a low harmonic distortion, 32X 1:1 high-voltage analog switch with high voltage bias supply. All the switch channels can pass up to ± 90V high voltage pulsed signals or high voltage DC signals with the switch biased at ±100V. They are intended for use in applications requiring high-voltage switching, such as ultrasound imaging, piezoelectric transducer drivers and printers.
The HV2802 has a 3A peak-current performance in a 78-lead, 9 mm x 9 mm VFBGA package. The ON/OFF state of the 32 switches can be programmed individually through two digital serial interfaces with 3.3V or 5V CMOS logic level. The device has a typical 18Ω ON resistance and a 50MHz bandwidth for small signals.
The HV2802 has no bleed resistor at each switch pin.
