Overview
The PIC64-HPSC Expansion Kit allows you to connect a PIC64-HPSC Base Card and two PIC64-HPSC Peripheral Daughter Cards to develop and evaluate large and complex systems based on the PIC64-HSPC 64-bit microcontroller (MPU). The PIC64-HPSC Base Card, which features the PIC64-HPSC1000-EM silicon, is the main component for the PIC64-HPSC Base Kit.
Up to two Peripheral Daughter Cards (PDC) can be connected to the PIC64-HPSC Expansion Card to unlock the full power of the PIC64-HPSC microprocessor (MPU). A PDC can be connected to the HPSC Expansion Card via an FMC+ connector. Key capabilities enabled by the PDCs include:
- Access to the Ethernet Switch and endpoints or Coax connections.
- PCIe® connectivity
- SpaceWire connectivity
