Overview
The Memory Xplorer Base Board (EV60D49A) is the hardware interface for Microchip's Memory Xplorer evaluation platform. Memory Xplorer makes it easy for engineers and developers to configure and evaluate Serial EEPROMs, shortening the overall development time needed to bring new designs from prototype to production. The Base Board is intended to be used alongside any of the following daughterboards depending on the target memory bus:
- Supports Microchip's EEPROM Daughterboards
- Variable Socket VCC Voltage
- Variable from 1.7V to 5.5V
- Controlled via inputs from Memory Xplorer
- For use with Memory Xplorer Software
- Supports Windows® 10 or higher operating systems
- Utilizes USB interface to communicate with user's PC
For the Memory Xplorer Base Board to function properly, the following hardware and software requirements must be met:
- PC compatible system
- An available USB port on PC
- Windows®10 or higher operating systems(1)
Note 1: Testing has been performed on a 64-bit Windows®10 operating system.
