The MCP1701A is a CMOS low dropout positive voltage regulator with a maximum input voltage of 10V that can source up to 250 mA with a low input to output voltage differential of 380 mV at 200 mA. This low dropout voltage combined with low current consumption of 1.0 µA typical makes this part ideal for battery operated systems. This part is recommended for applications where the input voltage is between 6.0V and 10.0V. For applications where input voltages are less than 6.0V, Microchip recommends the MCP1700. The MCP1701A is offered in SOT-23-3, SOT-89-3 and TO-92-3 packages.

The SOT23-3 Voltage Regulator Evaluation Board is designed to evaluate and test voltage regulators. By soldering the desired device to the evaluation board, the user can easily validate several parameters of the device.
The SOT23-3 Voltage Regulator Evaluation Board does not come with a voltage regulator soldered onto the board. This allows the user to attach the voltage regulator...
The Voltage Supervisor SOT23 Evaluation Board allows the system designer to quickly evaluate the operation of Microchip’s Voltage Supervisors and Voltage Detectors in the SOT-23-3 package. The board has been made generic so that other SOT-23-3 devices (such as LDOs and Voltage References) may also be evaluated using this board. This kit comes with four blank PCBs to allow the designer to...
