Device Overview

Summary

Sensor IC designed to simplify and speed the development of mobile and other applications. It provides all of the functions needed to create a fully functional touch interface for mobile phones and handheld devices. Based on Microchip QTouch technology, this IC integrates the required signal processing and input/output functions into a 28-pin, 4mm by 4mm RoHS compliant package. It includes a guard channel to prevent false detections by other keys. Its LEDs are directly powered by the IC, eliminating the need for an external LED controller.
