Silicon Explorer FlashPro (FP)

Debugging Utility for Microchip Antifuse FPGAs

Silicon Explorer FP is an alternative solution to the Silicon Explorer II product. It is a command-line debugging utility that uses FlashPro 6, FlashPro 5 or FlashPro 4 programmers to support the action probe feature, allowing the selected external probe pin to access any internal node. Silicon Explorer FP supports the following antifuse device families:

  • RTAX-S/AX
  • RTSX-SU
  • A54SXA
  • eX
