Automotive Grade 1-Qualified Op Amps With Fast Start-Up Time and Integrated EMI Filter
The MCP6496/7/9 family of 30 MHz general-purpose operational amplifiers (op amps) is designed to meet the growing demand for improved performance, lower costs and better noise immunity in a variety of automotive, industrial and other applications. Improvements to its first-generation predecessor, the MPC631/2/4 family, include lower leakage, lower input offset voltage, lower offset voltage drift and an integrated EMI filter.
With a fast startup time of just two microseconds, the MCP6496/7/9 series also aids in optimizing power consumption for applications requiring a higher efficiency level.
All variants of the MCP6496/7/9 family are AEC-Q100 Grade 1 qualified and capable of operating within the temperature range of −40°C to +125°C to address the extreme temperatures and harsh operating conditions found in automotive and industrial applications.
