Overview
This board features the MCP3425 1Ch 16 bit ΔΣ ADC at 240SPS. Communication is done by the PICKit Serial, MCP2221A Breakout Module (ADM00559), or by Click-Board format for easy connectivity to a PC or Microcontroller platform. Test points are provided to connect an analogue signal towards the ADC.

The MCP2221A Breakout Module is designed to demonstrate the device as a USB-to-UART/I2C/SMBus protocol converter solution. The MCP2221A Breakout Module can also be used together with a UART-based and/or I2C/SMBus system and helps to ease the implementation of adding USB capability to a system.
