Overview
Our portfolio of RF and microwave devices enables your aerospace, defense, 5G, test and measurement, or industrial RF wireless applications. This portfolio includes high-reliability silicon (Si) and Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) RF diodes and Gallium Nitride (GaN) and GaAs Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuit (MMIC) amplifiers, switches, attenuators and limiters.
Our solutions support Silicon Germanium (SiGe) frequency prescalers; phase frequency detector MMICs; high-power transistor devices; PIN, varactor and Schottky diodes; and other applications.
