Our Demos

Title Description
GaN on SiC MMIC Power Amplifiers Explore high-power Gallium Nitride (GaN) on SiC Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits (MMICs) that are optimized for SATCOM, aerospace and defense with bare-die power amplifiers delivering > 20 dB gain and up to 70W power output in the X-band, Ku-band and Ka-band with high efficiency.
Packaged GaN on SiC MMIC Power Amplifiers See our rugged, thermally efficient GaN on SiC solutions in compact QFN packages. These power amplifiers deliver high output power with high-efficiency performance.
Packaged GaAs MMIC Low-Noise Amplifiers Discover packaged Gallium Arsenide (GaAs) low-noise amplifiers with ultra-low noise figure of 1.5 dB. These DC to 26 GHz low-noise amplifiers offer industry-leading sensitivity in a compact form factor and are excellent for radar, communications and military applications.
Packaged GaAs MMIC Distributed Power Amplifiers Explore our broadband distributed power amplifiers that support DC to 24 GHz with flat gain, high linearity and high output power for instrumentation, radar, SATCOM and Electronic Warfare (EW) systems.
Packaged GaAs MMIC Prescalers and Frequency Detectors Explore frequency dividers and phase frequency detectors in compact MMIC form. Operating up to 20 GHz, these parts are building blocks for high-performance Phased Lock Loops (PLLs) and low-jitter clocks.
High-Performance Voltage-Controlled SAW Oscillators (VCSOs) Discover our VCSOs deliver ultra-low phase noise and tight frequency stability. These oscillators are great for radar, industrial and timing-critical RF designs, for up to 3.2 GHz.
Discrete and Integrated High-Performance SAW Solutions Explore our discrete and integrated SAW filters with sharp selectivity and low loss. Switched SAW filter banks enable more than 50% board space reduction over discrete solutions with equivalent performance. Packaged SAW filters feature massive footprint reduction in medical, communications, GNSS, industrial and military applications.
53100a Phase Noise Test Set The 53100A measures the amplitude, phase and frequency stability of high-performance RF sources. It tells you everything you need to know about the stability characteristics of your devices at timescales ranging from femtoseconds to days. The 53100A can be used on a bench-top or embedded into rackmount Automated Test Equipment (ATE) systems. Its small form factor and industry-leading measurement speed makes this test set versatile for multiple applications.
Small Atomic Clocks Our embedded atomic oscillators are board-mountable and are well-suited for portable, battery-powered applications where available power is limited and accurate frequency is required quickly after power-on. With built-in 1 PPS disciplining capability, these solutions deliver atomic clock accuracy combined with low size, weight and power and are ideal for a variety of commercial, industrial, space and defense applications where performance and ruggedness count.

2025 Speaking Session

GaN on SiC RF Solutions Enabling Megatrends: 5G, Satellite Communications, Aerospace and Defense – Baljit Chandhoke, Senior Technical Staff Engineer

This session explores performance advances in GaN MMIC power amplifiers applied to advanced radar technology, linear power Satcom uplinks, 5G and wideband power amplifier applications. It discusses GaN on SiC MMIC power attributes that are critical to improving and offering more compelling next-generation products for 5G, aerospace and defense and Satcom applications. Different types of beamforming architectures along with tradeoffs will be covered. For space applications, RF solutions ranging from COTS to rad-hard, and in plastic to hermetically sealed packages, will be discussed.
